When you reach the fork in the road, take it. A nice image of an age old question of which way to go when we all want to go on both just to see what's there. Great image Miroslava.

Miroslava, not all meditations are still and relax!! the still one is just one of the way out of many many ways. one can be actively doing something while being in a meditation at the same time. for example when the Tibet monk creating sand mandalas, they are all moving and creating while it is consider a form of meditation, because when one is repeating doing something (like making art, cleaning the floors, walking on track mills, knitting a swather etc) the mind can easily lost track of reality and went to a meditational state. one just need to find out which meditational way is the best way for one. everybody is different and the rule is very loose :D

What a deep and meaning image!! a path split into 2 path that goes in 2 completely different direction. make me think of the crossroad in our life path when we need to make a decision about where do we want to go in the near future!! this image worth meditate upon!! L/F

It make me think that as well, crossroads, life path, except I don't seem to be able to meditate, I cant stay still and relax for too long :( Thank you !
