This Australian Garden Orb Weaver spider is lived on my balcony for at least a year (Northen beaches, Sydney). First he used to spook me, but then I got used to him and we just decided to stay from each other way. During the day he usually used to hide in leaves or under the roof, so predators don't find him, but I just have a feeling its a female spider !
One evening I notice that he court something, so I run inside and get the camera, it was amazing how fast his working and how efficient he is in wrapping his prey. Really fascinating to watch !!
