Anne, Wonderful pastel image of these many paths lined with beautiful colored trees and bushes LF

Anne Wow, sometimes very flat color tonalities really work -- and this is one of them!! No pastels, no translucency, nothing light and airy, even the sky! The result is the very lush intensity of the middle field, the real object of the image, jump out at you -- and their earthy intensity is amazing -- Congratulations on a great image
Anne Katzeff replied:
Ken, wowza right back at you! I love your description and how you see the intensity of color in the middle field. It was an unusually hot day in late fall, so I was feeling the haziness and put it into the painting. I never really articulated that until I read your words. Thank you!

I like your title Anne! Walking meditation certainly works when you have scenery like this to enjoy. L/F/Tw
