This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

HMAS Labuan (II) commissioned into the RAN on 9 March 1973 at Walkers Shipyard Maryborough having been accepted from the Army earlier in the day. She was one of six Landing Craft Heavy (LCH) vessels to join the First Australian Landing Craft Squadron based at HMAS Moreton in Brisbane.
This pic was taken during International Navy Fleet Review 2013.
With her International Fleet Review commitments completed, Labuan departed Australian waters to participate in Operation RENDER SAFE, an annual, Australian-led operation to help remove the explosive remnants of World War II (WWII) from the South-West Pacific. The 2013 operation was conducted in the Solomon Islands in November and December. Some 200 Australian personnel from all three services were joined by the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team as well as clearance divers from New Zealand, the USA and Canada.
